The holidays are magical — and long. Fayette County Public Schools winter break runs December 21, 2026 – January 4, 2027, and our Winter Break Camp gives Lexington kids somewhere active, social, and screen-free to spend it.
Camp dates & hours
Camp runs 9 AM – 3 PM across two holiday weeks:
- Week 1: Monday, Dec 21 – Thursday, Dec 24
- Week 2: Monday, Dec 28 – Friday, Jan 1
Camp is designed for kids ages 5–14 of every skill level.
Two ways to book
Full Week ($250) — the best value if your camper is coming every day. Individual Days ($75/day) — perfect when you just need coverage for a day or two around holiday plans. Heads-up: the Individual Days registration page shows the full-week total up front; click Enroll now and you'll be able to pick only the days you need.
A full day of ninja fun
Campers tackle real ninja obstacle courses, boxing and martial-arts-inspired games, agility and conditioning, and team challenges. It's a high-energy reset right in the middle of the holiday season.
Safe, coached, and social
Every day is staffed by 2–3 trained coaches who keep campers engaged, learning new skills, and treating each other with respect under our zero-tolerance bullying policy.
What to bring
Comfortable athletic clothing, closed-toe athletic shoes, plenty of water, and snacks. Full-day campers must bring a packed lunch.
