Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Ninjaletics, we require at least 30 days' notice for any appointment, event, or party cancellation. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled date may be rescheduled or converted into account credit to be used toward other services. Due to the nature of our scheduling and the limited availability of party and event slots, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled date. Once a party or event is booked, it reserves space that is difficult to refill without adequate notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
